What high-temperature wire do we produce？

We produce high-temperature cables and wires, like Teflon wire, Depending on the different temperature requirements, there are four kinds of Teflon wires, ETFE wire(150C), FEP wire(200C), PFA wire(250C), PTFE wire(260C), Especially PTFE wire, The more unique one is PTFE wire, which has a different process from other types and much higher equipment requirements. Teflon wire has a high requirement for the accuracy of the diameter tolerance range, as most of the wires are very thin and are used in precision instruments and equipment, Therefore, higher equipment and processes are needed to achieve these requirements, ADS cable has years of production experience and advanced equipment to perfectly meet these requirements.

We produce crosslink wires, like XLPE wire, XLPVC wire, and XLETFE wire, These requirements for temperature resistance are not as high as Teflon wire, Temperature resistance range between 105 ° C and 150 ° C. Many automotive wires use irradiated cross-linked wires, which are cheaper than Teflon wires and can withstand high temperatures, making them very suitable for use in the automotive industry.

We produce silicone wire, The great advantage of silicone wire is its softness. Compared to Teflon wire, cross-linked wire, and rubber wire, it is much softer, So there will be more conductors to make it more flexible. Its temperature tolerance can reach 200 degrees, but its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, or oil resistance are not as good as Teflon wires.
