Description

What is the UL1333 wire?

the construction of the UL1333 Teflon wire is the same as the UL1332, they have the same conductor construction, and the same diameter. The only difference is that their temperature resistance requirements are different, the rated temperature of the UL1333 is 150C, and UL1333 is often used as a high-temperature hook-up connecting wire, and the rated voltage of the UL1333 FEP wire is 300V, it also passes the UL VW-1 flame test and RoHS.


 

The specification of the UL1333 Teflon wire

RATING: 150 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame. Optional - 80 deg C Oil, Gasoline Resistant.
CONDUCTOR: 30-10 AWG, solid or stranded, or Litz cable magnet wire, as described below. Litz cable conductor consists of single strand magnet wire, R/C (OBMV2) magnet wire rated a minimum of 150 deg C. Each single magnet wire strand is a conductor. AWG size to be determined by the DC Resistance Test per 1581.
INSULATION: Extruded FEP, 13 mils minimum average thickness, 12 mils minimum thickness at any point.
COVERING: Optional - Extruded FEP, 10 mils minimum thickness at any point, or glass braid, 7 mils minimum thickness at any point.
STANDARD: Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.
MARKING: General. Wires employing Litz conductors shall be plainly marked on the tag or reel as follows: "Litz conductors are manufactured using solderable magnet wire".
USE: Internal wiring of Appliances. In addition, the tag may also indicate 600 Volts Peak for electronic use only.

 

Ul1333 Teflon wire application

UL1333 Teflon FEP wire has excellent properties such as high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high voltage resistance, and UV resistance, it can be used in gas burners, microwaves, hair dryers, air conditioners, refrigerators, electric blankets, car heating seats, lighting fixtures, etc.
